Overview:

This dust collector can be designed into two types: left-handed cyclone and right-handed cyclone. When face to the outlet of dust remover,flue gas flow is along the spiral casing with clockwise direction called right-handed cyclone,if with counter-clockwise direction called left-handed cyclone.

  

Due to the in the inlet of the cyclone dust collector,the passing course when the airflow come from different distances from the center completed the turning is different,as a result that Developed into the vertical eddy which can balance the kinetic energy and flow.If make the the speed of any area on the elbow with the height of the area is proportional.but the distance through which the radius is proportional to the elbow,that is, when the bend radius and height of the product to maintain a constant,they can eliminate the vertical eddy .
